Yes it does. And I have doused it with WD40 so much, I got none left.

who knows varies do u have a boost gauge in ur truck

Nope. Havent got round to fixing one.

without one you are just stabbing in the dark to be fair mate

@123hotchef, the spindle on the turbo, should it move when the ignition key is at ON position when the engine starts running?

Meant "or when the engine starts running"?

If its not tuching the lower screw you have to adjust the acutator arm.
The lower on lower the boost on higher revs when screwd out.
