Brake pedal illuminates all rear lights and sidelights.

Probably a bad Earth on the rear cluster

Bad earth as mentioned or the wrong bulb fitted resulting in back feeding.

It was the tow bar wiring plug. Wires are fine but disconnect the plug and the lights work like normal again.
Just need a new plug.
