L200 kocking noise

Hi just want some advice. I have a warrior 05 and its starting to make a slight knocking noise over uneven surfaces. If you go over bumps straight its fine if you go round a corner left or the truck goes over a bump but only on one side you can hear a knock. Ive checked underneath and nothing appears to move but tracking does need doing as it pulls a bit to the left. Any ideas?? TIA

spare tight and exhaust clip repaired I think the noise is coming more from infront
