2013, After market HD leaf springs ( bought by mistake) removed (due to a almost solid back end) and replaced with original ones from a delivery mileage only Barbarian at Walkinshaw.

Other than that, no issues

would it not have been wise to change the clutch whilst the box was off?

bottom end know does not sound good though, new engine perhaps if it is the crank

There's more gone wrong with me since I had the truck but from memory on my 04 Warrior,
Oil sump
Fuel tank
4H switch (4L done as well cause both next to each other)
Diff lock switch, bigger as the diff has to be removed
Reverse light switch
Brand new second hand vacuum accumulator
Dip stick "O" ring
Thermostat
Radiator cap
Ball joints
O/s drive shaft, hub, bearings etc due to a catastrophic bearing failure
Exhaust
And what feels like thousands of nuts and bolts
Spare wheel carrier mechanism
Prop shaft bearings inc centre
Steering idler
Plus many upgraded parts fitted before they went wrong
Total price,,,,,,💰💰💰💰💰💰💰💰💰💰💰💰💰💰💰 and always rising

symptoms were a sort of metalic screaching sound . was like that for a couple of weeks m8 , then it went propper around 3 mins after starting up was rolling down a hill and truck tried to stall . then bellowed thick black smoke ran rough as fuck ,then the smoke turned blue as it picked up on its oil

2012 warrior.b40..rear spring snapped so I bought new 5+1 HD.
Rear uj started screaming so I replaced that .rear dampers went so I changed them.front dampers went so they also got replaced .ns drive shaft seal failed.then os drive shaft failed so replaced that.just done timing belt ,water pump, and all other belts. Replaced bushes on the wishbones and replaced drop links through them failing.basic lyn I've renewed everything to do with the running gear from it being tyred.job still to do is the 4wd light flashing then goes out after a mile or 2 then as I'm coming to a stop in get a grinding type noise then a clunk when I stop then hey the lights are flashing again.but strangely enough when I get in on a morning it's not flashing so it must be holding vacume.other than that lot I enjoy my truck lol

Hi folks,

So about a week ago I was driving up the A38 and I heard light knocking
sound, lost power. I hit the clutch pedal, the dash lit up as engine had stalled. I drifted to safety and was toad home. Engine seized!

Any guesses of the cause?

I was going to sell but yesterday I decided to see if oil starvation was the issue. So Sump and plate came off. Lots of oil, black but not sludge. So still lost!

Today rocker cover off....What a pain.

So today I found a broken rocker arm floating. Engine is still seized anybody any though?
