How much to install and ground floor toilet using a saniflow to pump to the manhole 1 m away from the wall the toilet would be mounted to.... just roughly??

You should take a look at the DSL ranges, good profit margins to be had on many of the lines, good chance to arrange a PAYG if you collect from Gravely...
