Water pump

Just asiing the question but i assume to change my water pump on 2005 L200 4life K74 it timimg chain as well unless thers any way i dont have to mess with it how hard is it if i mark belt well and lock pulleys in place please?

Waterpump is definitely a belt off job, unusual for them To fail but most do it at a Belt change ( 54000 miles or 5 years whichever is sooner ), whilst you there check the bottom pulley For possible delamination. As goes how hard is it, not that Bad providing you use the timing marks on the block and not on the outer casing

Not surebinsurance company did few short cuts years back so not to write truck off the did a half rebuild cause i hit a cow at 3 am on some county lanes so maybe orignal
