This has been rubbing in joint in steering, must have been doing it since lift as cable is tightBild entfernt (keine Rechte)

if there is any copper showing and it touches ground then yes

No copper showing so should be ok.

just means there's less sheath protecting it.. toss a spare and a couple of spanners in the tub!
