rear drums turning

Hi,just renewed rear shoes cylinders and brake pipe to front,went to bleed brakes today and the rear drums are turning while in neutral.
Rear is on jack stands and engine running.
What the hell's going on as i have no idea

Awaiting your advice.

It's probably just a bit of friction in the gearbox - so long as it's pretty easy to stop (i.e. by hand), it's no problem. It happens because each pair of gearwheels (one pair for each gear) are always turning, regardless of what gear your in (even in neutral), when you select a gear, it locks just one gearwheel to the output shaft. The output shaft is turning because there is a bit of friction between the output shaft and one of the gearwheels turning on it, even though they are not actually engaged together.
