I have a L200 animal year 2006..I have a problem with engine and truction control lights on.. some time they goes off.. today they came on again and the truck could not run..electrition said it's the torque sensor.. which I don't know what is it..any help please

is it an auto ? some early newshapes had issues with the loom chafing on the crossmember ans causing faults like this
other times the squib/clockspring can cause these issues, has the steering wheel been off lately ?
ABS sensors are also a likely culprit , have you had new disc/pads recently ?
always best if you can get the codes read somewhere , OBD port is under the bottom of the dash by the steering wheel
