the smartnav in my l200 is not working and according to the company i called its not been updated for 13 years and ids now dead is there an alternitive you can use in the l200 57 plate raging bull.

It it a double din Kenwood head unit ? If it is then you have same issue as me, small amounts of research led me from ‘it’s a glitchy head unit that fails’ to ‘ satnav no longer supported’ etc etc, soon after satnav failed Bluetooth followed suit, finally I just bought a new model kenwood DD head unit with no satnav ( less to go wrong ) but it does have Apple CarPlay and the are a number of navigation apps that you can use, Apple map, Waze and google maps to name just 3. Easy to replace Unit as well ( no messing around as the looms were the same, unplug old one and then plug In the new one ).

@Gezza had the smart nav thing in his , a button of some sort I believe that you press to speak to a real person (rare these days)
