how do you know that?
I aint no physic mate.
Just because of the title it is posted in.
If he means strut/spacers they are not fitted to the K74.

To be fair Lee, I would have ( if I had the knowledge) replied assuming it's a K74 , as the guest clearly made a point of titling the thread ' L200 K74' ! And yes more info on where is required to lift, as you say I suspect he's thinking of strut/spacers

Hi chimpman

The K74 doesnt have the type of suspension that needs spacers. You can adjust the torsion bars so it sits higher or you can buy modified suspension arms that give it a bit of a lift but they are expensive and its a sod of a job.

Most of us just wound up the torsion bars 👍

The k74 has torsion bar front suspension, hers some info I wrote on adjusting it

Wind up torsion bars on a classic

Park truck on level ground and measure all 4 corners from centre of the hub to wheel arch ( you are only doing the rear to check for spring sag , this may be detrimental to end result of winding up the front )
If both front measures are the same great , if not the lower side has to be adjusted more to make it even .
Get out the wd40 and spray the adjuster bolts for the torsion bars , while it's soaking in jack up the truck so both front wheels are off the ground ( if you skip this step and try and do it with the weight on the front suspension the chances are the bolts will snap and drop the truck on you ) now go back to the adjuster bolts and wind them in about 20mm , lower the truck back down and drive it backwards and forwards a couple of times to settle the front suspension down ,measure hub centre to wheel arch again to see how much it has gone up and if it is still even .
About now you will need to cut down the rubber bump stops on the front suspension if they haven't already fallen off to allow for more clearance.
Repeat the above steps until you have the desired amount of lift but do not wind it up to the max or they drive like crap and bounce on the front end .
After this the front camber may be out and also the tracking so get them checked at a garage .
The front cv joint angle is now increased and will wear the joints and split the gaiters quicker , to overcome this fit free wheel hubs to the front so you can disengage the drive shafts when in 2wd .

THIS IS ONLY HOW I DID MINE AND TIPS I GOT FROM PEOPLE , I WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE OR INJURY BY FOLLOWING MY GUIDE , ITS FOR INFORMATION ONLY AND NOT THE DEFINITIVE WAS TO DO DO IT AND BASED ON OPINION NOT FACT

As for the rear you can get extended shackles for the leaf springs which will give a 2" lift on the rear or buy specialy made springs that have a bigger curve to them.
