Anti roll bar bushes

#1 by Earlybird112 , Mon Feb 01, 2021 2:32 pm

Hi after fitting my new lower arm is was time for my new roll bar bushes. The old original arm lines up nicely with the bracket and bolt, new arm is way out , the hole appearing to be a good 5mm lower on the arm to the bracket . Can anyone confirm if it's acceptable to modify (bend!) The bracket to fit and whether pattern parts are the likely cause it doesn't line up to start with? I'm fitting it with the wheels off and on stands with the bar hanging loosely on new drop links , I don't think this would make much difference but if there's a better way it would be nice to know . Any help and advice gratefully received thanks

When i fitted my Poly anti roll bar bushes i did them with the truck on the ground.
Done them on a couple of L200s and no issues
