@marf everything works ok apart from incoming calls, if I make a outgoing call I can hear the ringing tone and hear who I am calling as soon as they answer. What is this cable you speak of?

sorry jon, flat out. The cable is used to connect it to a laptop to update the software of the parrot. ive found that sometimes they can become corrupt for no reason and also it help to keep it up to date like most computery things lol

Just to update this, I installed the latest software to my Parrot which wasn't easy doing it by blue tooth and all is good now. Thanks @marf

did have warrior, but crossed over to disco 2.
Thought I could see light at the end of the tunnel, but it was somebody with a torch bringing more work!
