I have a CK3100 in my truck paired to my Iphone 4s, when anyone calls me the wireless goes silent but I do not get a ringing tone, when I notice the wireless has gone silent I press the green button and it takes about 5 seconds for the call to be connected, I have tried it on auto answer and its the same.

Not sure how many Parrot experts we have but most of us are crackers

Have you tried updating the software on the parrot device? http://www.parrot.com/uk/support/parrotck3100ck3300ck3500/
There is a troubleshooting section on their support website so maybe there is an answer in there?

I had a play with it today but am busy at the moment, will look more next week, away with the caravan again this weekend at the Lincolnshire Aviation Heritage Centre.
