EGR blanked but not removed, some fault codes rectified, replaced damaged vacuum hose. No more surging but still lacks power between 1750rpm and 2500rpm.

taken the drivers door card off, removed window regulator and repaired it, greased everything and put back together, then stood back and marveled at a window that goes up and down electrically!!! this has been on my "to do"list for a little over 2 months now

Birdie, I had mine scratched all the way down one side years ago , little up and down scratches that must have taken ages to do

I worked out how mine happened though, wife and I did a boot sale and spent the day leaning against the truck .... wife had new jeans on with nice sharp popper/stud thingies on the back pockets. Once I found out it was self inflicted I didn't mind but when I thought someone else had taken the time to do I was furious. After a few years of washing and the occasional polish mine have all but gone with no real signs now. Anyway mine was on the passenger side so I never saw them
Might be worth asking Manraj about getting rid of scratches as he did his last year if I remember

Drivers door lock lubed with 3 in 1 now works perfect. Then lubed passenger side lock before that fails.

Removed the exhaust so it does not have any kind of cat or muffler and stops right under the rear passenger door.

Awesome turbo sound now
