windscreen washers

#1 by paulw , Mon May 24, 2021 3:07 pm

Hi everyone hope you are all staying safe. not been on for a while but here is a Question for you
my front washers on disco 2 are very low pressure in fact almost a dribble! I have cleared the pipes which are 4mm silicon and I blew back until bubbles came through in bottle so all is clear. Could it be the actual pump? I have also sprayed contact cleaner on the connector. Can you get stronger pumps?
Thanks and stay safe everyone

did have warrior, but crossed over to disco 2.
Thought I could see light at the end of the tunnel, but it was somebody with a torch bringing more work!

Had the same issue with a series 3 years ago, just got me mate to hang out the window with a fairy liquid bottle of water.
Oh the good old days eh..
