Took everything out of truck today it's no longer a shed lol

Got a bit of hight from suspension lift
And trimmed all body in font of wheels need tabular bumpers now

These are expensive and a pain to fit flywheel. Managed to source one off Paj forum member he got one and after 200miles he decided to do a V6 conversion.
Got clutch, plate, bearing, dual mass and starter motor ( different gear size for dual mass) travelled from Manchester to Goole where I work for £180 the lot

For the moment I'm just going to change the disk and plate as the dual mass seems ok. Any problems I have the new one

The disk has worn on gearbox side (through the rivets!) dual mass side is ok and face is still in good condition.

After all the time she's been stood sparked strait up, all OK apart a leak on one Of The heater hoses, but engine is ok.

Had to use a sledge hammer to get front wheels of as they had oxidised 😄. Now got temp 33" on so I can work on making the arches

Put bar with lights on as a temp measure, and started to work on the sills and arches. Have left the sills at an angle to get the rock sliders as high as I can without touching them.

Hope to get new tyres in the next week, looking at TOYO open country 33"x12.50x15 on this one.
And weld up an exhaust for it. Will be outside this weekend,

I'm on nights so another couple of hours done today before I go to work. Bit more welding done and brushed a bit of red oxide on it for now...... and finally got centre console in too.
Maybe go for a short spin on Friday if I can sort exhaust out a bit. Just need to see how she runs and what else needs adding to the list...
