There should be a black rubber hose going to the brake servo. With the engine running you should feel suction on the pipe if you take it off and put your finger on the end. Or you could put a vac gauge in the line to check the pressure.
I like the finger test. It's cheaper.

Hey do know I have said it b4 when a get in a paddy a do stupid fings and that makes so much sense that I was lookin for some kinda somfin comin from the servo a didnt know what(ill know it when a see it kinda fing) . And a vacume plpe would make so much sense a reckon their aint one. And thats why I didnt know what I am doin. I am goin to have a look right. Now

Gordon bennet you guys are dealin wif a right fik eegit ere went out lifted the bonnet looked behind the resivoir and there is a big muckle fik pipe that will be the resivoir that a just fitted today and that will be thepipe a could ha e looked at when awasdoin the ferkinjob. In the first place

I couldnt see the pipe proper but it does seem to have ay junction that runs another pipe inthe direction of theair horns

The cv gaters have alredy done the right hand side and bottom ball joint but need to go back and do a track rod end on the right if I get the brakes done and the left shaft then thats all for now then have to find out where the noise is comin from that may be connected to the wheel lock light not goin out

No school this week and her indoors is away till wednesday so I av Jack time and I intend makin good use of the time. A have air horns under the bonnet that work but I have 2 on the roof that need connectin the wires are there but like all the wiring in Jack no idea where it goes. He has loads ofinterior lights and other bits all using cigar lighter plugs wires all over the shop

Right check vacume check have done that bled somemore still no anchors found 2 caliper repair kits on ebay cant afford new calipers just now so they arrive friday and if I cant get anchors after that i will cry And I also done did discover my nice new shiny cv gator on the right shaft is split again
