last time I ordered some snow foam I ordered pineapple (yellow color) and raspberry (pink)
didn't know when I ordered them that they'd be those colors

all washed today, hopefully if dry in the morning then I'll polish it too

I got work to change the belts pulleys etc and bottom crank pulley.
Bottom pulley was delaminated and slightly spinning but no wobble, phew just caught in time.

In the last couple of days I put in a third temp sensor in the cooling system , I now have one in the top hose, bottom hose and heater return pipe . The theory with the heater hose one is that it is the first thing that packs up when coolant is lost so I should see big fluctuations in temp readings , also put in a switch over so I can select what sensor I want readings from on one gauge

I spent the rest of today finishing off my grill, the rubbing down is a bit naff in places but I'm happy 😀

I've been off work 6 weeks with a damaged tendon , it was boredom that out weighed patience on it 😀

washed the truck today ........ got rid of the sticky shite left from where the previous owner decided that duct tape would protect the top of the tailgate

and most importantly I cleaned the moss and algae off the top of the cab by the rear window

and fitted the first of many shiny bits

New pipercross air filter fitted and removed the insides out of the cat , absolute ass of a job getting the cat off and had to cut the bolts off , just the diesel filter left to change and that's the mini engine service done

One of the things I'm after next is the chrome bar thing that the spot lights go on on the roof to raise them up a few inches

If anyone happens to know where to get one then please let me know

After doing the Cambelt a few weeks back, the outer twin pulley broke. Left the AC belt off and ordered a new one for my friend/mechanic to fit for me. Radiator etc out, everything stripped, and then he realises I have bought the deep pulley and the one on the truck is the shallow one. Great. NEED the car tomorrow too, so all back together and need to talk to the suppliers to see if they will swap for me.
