Twin mounted 12v high power cooling fans installed and brackets made to affix them to the chassis. I don't like tieing them to the rad as they wear thru eventually. Intercooler brackets all made up 2 now.

And it all fits neatly back inside the grill for a clean look. I want it to look standard when done.

Also finished the coolant mod today. That's a stainless pipe drilled and tapped into the water pump that flows into the block between the 4th and 5th cylinder keeping the back of the engine cooler. Il get some pics up later

Cheers bud. I'm like you at the moment mark. I'm transit power. I'm quite enjoying it. I like the vans. There quite nippy and comfortable. Only thing is mines a flat deck and it's a bit cramped with 2 massive Labradors in. Lol.

Just tacked up together at the mo. Il finish welding it up this week. Got the fun job of wiring today. Welding it with the mig, t304 stainless wire with pure argon shielding it. It's a pain to weld. not as much of a pain as the ally welding I did with the mig last week. I think as soon as this plasma cutter is payed off this year I'm Goanna buy a tig welder.

A picture of the ally intake manifold I made for this build. The original plastic one was too big which meant I would have had to relocate the battery and bits. And it doesn't compensate for Loss of pressure towards the back cylinders.

Currently on with spaghetti wiring at the mo. It's going ok except the glow plug ecu doesn't like me or anything and won't play ball.
