Luke, here are the 33/12.50/15 with deep offset (30mm or 35mm I believe) on the rear of mine which is why I need to put the arches on
I now it's not part of your build thread but didn't want to fill up Jo's arches for sale thread

it'll be better than what's on there now
and out of interest the only advise I had on my recent MOT was wheels/tyres protruding past the arches

It'll be enough. Once you get them on the truck they are damn wide! Can't wait to see it Krutky. Is it cheaper to sort the breaks than it is to get new wheels then?

My plan bud is to put 10mm spacers on the front (which I have bought already)to bring them out enough to clear the calipers. The problem is then that the studs on the hub aint long enough so I have to get the old ones pressed out and some new longer ones (already bought) pressed back in. After all that then I'll be ready to put the arches on. If I'm honest , I should have just gone for 16x10 deepdish steels as that would have been much much easier but I've started this route so will stick with it now.
I did think about the changing the brakes but this conversation sprang to mind and thought better of it

"Hello mr insurance company, just wanted to tell you I've changed my brakes .......... No, I've not upgraded them , I've downgraded them .......... hello ? ......... are you still there ? ......... hello ?"

Hahaha, fair comments! What nuts do your new wheels use? My steelies use a tapered nut instead of the standard Misti shimmed nut. The new nuts leave more available length on the stud. Better for a small spacer maybe? But that said, if you changed wheels you wouldn't have the problem anyway. But if you're spacing a 10" wheel you'll need the wider arches even more!😁

Yep, I need 5mm to clear the calipers so have figured on 10mm spacers to be on the safe side. This would leave precious little to thread the new tapered nuts that I bought onto so decided to get new studs that are 25mm longer .
To be honest it's one of those jobs that sounded easy when it was in my head ........ maybe it should have stayed there

Bumper on!

Still need to remove the lower bumper brackets. Probably going to angle grind them off. I re painted up all the front end before fitting the bumper. And still need to fit LED indicators.

Big question is where's the best place for the number plate??

Btw I did my bumper with two coats of stone chip followed by two coats of smooth hammerite rattle cans.
