You could buy Steaky's Jo's wheel arches

Whatever happened to the perpetually-broke-teacher persona that you were portraying, though?

Thank dog! I thought you were saving that for flat deposits, unexpected council tax, or somewhat. I'm glad to see you investing it, instead

I feel that this post is misleading...... that's not so much a floor as a pathway...

You've inspired me Rob, I'm mid way through gutting my garage, the photo is of it near empty, the driveway is full of stuff and I've filled 2 wheelie bins full of junk

Small bit of progress today, got the spacers on.

Rear before

Rear after

Front after

Have done a few miles on them now and they have definitely improved the handling. With it being lifted a bit it now feels more solid in corners. No scrubbing or anything to report and I'm running 16x8 mods with et0 offset and 265/75/16 MUDs just now. Think I'm just legal as tread isn't coming past the arch at the top of the tyre but this may change once I get my 285s on :P

Wenn Sie hier auf Links zu eBay klicken und einen Kauf tätigen, kann dies dazu führen, dass diese Website eine Provision erhält.

Minor update.

This arrived at school for me today

£45 including delivery from tyres direct on eBay. Really quick delivery too
My tyres have also arrived in Edinburgh. This means that for the first time I quite a while I'll have a usable spare!
Old spare was on an alloy and the tyre was a standard size dueller so would have been a faff if I ever had to run it.
Means a lot more peace of mind when off road now. Can't wait to get to Edinburgh and get these tyres sorted now!

Unfortunately not.... The Mrs is coming up north so she'd be pretty pissed if I took her to the mud.

Woooo new stuff arrived!

New skid plates from lez, will offer them up tomorrow and if they work on my old bus will give em a coat of yellow then bolt em on!

New boots are here too! Company cocked up and ran out of the mudders I ordered so gave me bighorns (£20 per tyre dearer) for the same price.
