Had my 2” suspension lift kit arrive yesterday so thought I’d try and fit it when I got home from work.
Not too bad so far but it got late so couldn’t make noise.
So far I’ve got the rear all fitted out, just need to wait until the morning to fit the front.

Then off to fit the new tyres once that’s done 😊

Finally fixed most of the damage from the last trip through the woods , decided to go down a set of table tops and nose dived the A bar into the ground , ripped one spotlight off , bent the bracket back on the other and pushed the A bar and bumper back .
Spots fixed and remounted and a little tub on the A bar got it back almost right , glad the A bar was fitted or the damage would of been a lot more 😁

Fitted the new 265/70/17’s to the truck, ordered the upper ball joint spacers from Lee as it’s only got about 8mm without the bump stop.

Spoken to Milners to get the correct leafs too.

Truck feels very different with the combination of the lift and tyres but I think that’s got a lot to do with camber being off. Once I’ve fitted the spacer I will get the alignment done. Has anyone else noticed a big difference from that?

I think I’ll order new upper ball joints at the same time if I’m taking them off anyway.

Thanks for that. Just tried to order but none in stock 😩

Any other suggestions? Looked on eBay/amazon and had a search for them on google too but no luck.

I’ve put a notification for when it comes in stock but could definitely do with it sooner rather than later.
I do about 800 - 1000 miles per week in it so don’t want to be driving about without all the camber etc being sorted out.

best done on the vehicle, not the wife!
